We aim to deliver all items within 1-2 working days in mainland UK. This may not always be possible during busy times and we will give you a ring as soon as you order to let you know if this is the case. Outside the UK we will do our best to get things to you as soon as possible. For the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Highlands and Islands of Scotland and Ireland, this should be within 7-10 working days.

For all orders in Europe and the Rest of World we aim to have your presents to you within 10-15 working days. However, this may be affected by your in-country postal system.

All our goods are sent via courier service. Bowden & Co. will not be responsible for any costs incurred due to missed or redelivered mail. Please contact us at hello@bowdenandco.com as soon as possible if you have a delayed delivery and we’ll do our best to get it to you as soon as we can.

03

returns policy

We want you to love our products as much as we do, and believe you won’t find better selection of wine and spirits as painstakingly picked out with you in mind. We’re so confident of this, that if you’re not happy with the goods, we’ll be happy to replace it or offer you a refund, within a month of receipt of delivery.

We also offer delivery to the following areas – please contact us for details and pricing.

14-day guarantee

The only exception to this is when we are on sale or running a promotion. We’re still as confident of the quality – after all, they’re the same products – but we clear the stock to make way for new wines and spirits that you’ll love, so need to ensure a speedier turnaround.
